In what ways can organizations build a positive employee lifecycle & what role can a learning culture play in this endeavor?

Organizations should ensure commitment to their employees right from the onboarding process. They have to map out what they can offer as a company, what employees can learn, ensure that they are learning at the right pace, and more.

Innovating learning strategies to fit into the organization’s growth strategy and adapt to the digital landscape.

Organizations should define the purpose of learning prior to providing them with all the necessary tools. To motivate employees to keep learning, companies can reward them with monetary or non-monetary benefits along with constructive feedback.

What could be the big differentiators for companies to win the talent war?

One main value of an organization should be trust. Trusting their employees & reducing notice period to two to four weeks can really give them an upper hand in the talent war. Focusing on employees' long term development plans & providing them with learning opportunities can help in hiring & retaining great talent.
