#217: Rohit Kumar M S and Rahul Koul of Zensciences on moving the needle of workforce productivity post-pandemic

Today on The Shape of Work podcast, we are talking to two serial entrepreneurs who built Zensciences, an award-winning digital marketing “un-agency,” from scratch: Rahul Koul and Rohit Kumar M S.

An entrepreneur and business strategist, Rahul has nearly two decades of experience in strategic marketing and brand building. With a focus on bridging the gap between marketing consulting and execution, he has worked with not only early-stage startups during their growth journeys, but also with large global enterprises to build product and service differentiation and scale. Prior to this venture, Rahul held multiple marketing management and leadership positions at Wipro, over the course of a decade. He has co-founded a fashion tech start-up - Elanstreet - and actively mentors startups in their growth journey. 

Rohit is an entrepreneur at heart and has exited multiple home-grown ventures. His expertise lies in building branded experiences for organizations across industries. At Zensciences, he is responsible for bridging the gap between business outcomes and the creative north.  In his earlier role, he was responsible for leading the brand and communications team at Wipro. He is also a member of the Forbes 2021 Agency Council and serves on the board of an NBFC currently.
