Sagar Manju, Partner at Saraf and Partners Law offices, disagrees that the future of work is hybrid. He believes in empowering employees. If they have an ownership factor, deliver at the right time, and can connect with the organisation's goals, then WFH or working from Office doesn't matter.

Sagar, a graduate of Gujarat National Law University, starts his career as a LAMP (Legislative Assistants to Member of Parliament) fellowship. He gained rich knowledge on how laws are made, how the groundwork is laid before even the laws are brought into action and more.

Prior to Saraf and Partners Law offices, Sagar worked as a Principal Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, Associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas & Associate at SNG & Partners.

He has 10-plus years of experience in Banking & Finance, Insolvency, and Fintech. With a background that extensive, it’s no surprise this episode covers a lot of ground.
