This experience gave him a customer-first mindset and a focus on people, which has shaped his career. Later, he earned his MBA in HR and worked as an HR Manager at PepsiCo. His diverse background allowed him to develop a unique perspective, picking up nuances of customer orientation, core sales, and supply chain before moving on to HR.
