Darshika is an HR veteran, having an experience of over fifteen years. She has worked at many well-known organisations such as HDFC Standard Life Insurance, Godrej Industries, Nature’s Basket, etc. She did her Bachelor’s Degree from Isabella Thoburn College, did a student exchange program at the University of Applied Science in Germany, and her MBA from Goa Institute of Management.
