On this episode of The Shape of Work podcast, our guest is Apeksha Atal, a Biology student turned Strategic Advisor at Niyo Solutions Inc.

Having a desire to build strong organizations and bring a cultural change in them, Apeksha talks about the necessity to redefine inclusion in the ‘new normal.’ She also explains the challenges that HRs face in the remote work environment and ways to make remote work more effective. 

She started working at Niyo for their marketing function where she was creating content and ideas. She left to pursue Fulbright Thailand and after coming back, she got the chance to work directly in the founder's office at Niyo. 

Apart from her professional life, she likes to run, is a foodie, painter, reader and writer.
