4) How to understand the story the data is telling you: Hiring and employee engagement data for insights?

Mr. Vibhore Kumar referred to a study where people engage not, nor collaborate. Online meetings, virtual conversations have limited engagement. We need arrangements like a hybrid or blended working.

Remote working, Gig workers are the current and future of work culture. These are here to stay. People are adjusting to the new normal, and collaborative apps like Jira will define the future workplace.

6) Crystal-glazing the corporate metaverse: is it a big deal?

Trends will change with gig culture and new preferences. People are leaving full-time jobs and moving to tier II and tier III cities to work as freelancers. The use of tech and work remotely will reduce this so-called crystal glazing, the corporate metaverse.

7) His biggest learnings being the first-time founder: people management and employees' professional growth.
