How to build resilience in the workplace?
According to Amitha, building trust across organizations is the main pillar that makes our workplace resilient. This can be achieved by transparent communication practices and being empathetic towards the employees.
What are some of the DEI initiatives that Observe.AI is focusing on?
- Behavior of inclusion training program- This program helps individuals recognize biases they make unknowingly and overcome them. The training provided also helps them have gender-neutral communication and leverage various cultural differences.
- Similarity and diversity- Observe.AI celebrates women’s day in a much more thoughtful way. Instead of the traditional way of sending chocolates & flowers, they sent a swag box with prints of diversity to raise awareness. Listen to the episode to find out more!
Advice to the emerging HR Professionals of today?
Her advice to all the HR leaders is to be creative, bold, and to be able to strategically present their ideas before the management. HR professionals need to upskill themselves to understand the challenges in Human Resource Management (HRM) and be prepared to deal with unforeseen problems. Upskilling equips them to support employees more effectively resulting in a happier and more engaged workforce.
