What are the most important lessons in leadership practices?
The practice of unlearning has been one of the most important lessons. A vital part of listening is practicing what is said instead of applying the existing knowledge. It is easy to assume that this leadership process is achievable and convenient.
How to hire the right people for a company?
A company’s organizational goals are set right at the onset of the practice. Hence, any employee joining the company works towards those goals from day one. However, if the employee feels that their personal goals are not aligned with the company goals, it becomes a problem. To tackle this, HR has to pay attention at the grassroots level and hire individuals who understand the company goals and know that their personal growth goals align with the same.
